Leadership is hard.
Learning about it shouldn’t be.

Being responsible for the work of a team is a big achievement.

It’s an honor.

It’s an art form.

It’s a  never-ending gauntlet of complex challenges and sensitive negotiations.

Hunter helps leaders and teams with that last part.

Re-energize your leadership in 8 weeks.

Human.Being.Leader. 2025 starts in January.

Go from stressed and disconnected to calm, confident, and capable in your role as a leader.

(Psst, you’re a leader whether you’re somebody’s boss or not.)

From a H.B.L. alum: "This course goes beyond a standard 'boxed' leadership course to get to the 'root' of many of our patterns and challenges. It bridges the body-mind connection from the individual to the group level."

FOR PEOPLE WHO LEAD FROM THE BUSY MIDDLE

We help people feel more comfortable and confident as they guide progress in teams: teams they supervise, teams at their same level in the org chart, in support of the executive team at the top.

Building trust and being a curious and humble leader is good for business. … Before now, I thought about culture only when something was wrong with it.”
